Upon processing an application, a member must pay a one-time initiation fee (where applicable) in addition to annual dues. New member dues are pro-rated to the month you join to match our fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th). Both the initiation fee and annual dues are subject to New York sales tax of 8.875%.
Annual dues and the one-time initiation fees are based upon the type of membership and age. If you live and work in multiple (2 or more) different cities, or have multiple home locations, the closest location will determine your membership category. Applicants with more than one business address are requested to use the one printed on their business card. Again, the closest address to the Clubhouse is used to determine the dues category. Members are responsible for keeping the Club informed of their contact information, in writing, for both home(s) and business addresses.
